Return/Exchange Policy
Due to the pandemic and restocking issues we can no longer accept returns on healthcare products such as supplements, food items, and skincare products unless the safety seal is broken or the item is expired. Any other items can only be exchanged if it is returned sealed and unopened, but if the replacement is not in stock there might be a waiting time due to domestic and international production and shipping delays.
Service Packages
Service packages are greatly discounted; therefore a full payment is required upfront. They are often bundled with other services and/or products and cannot be returned only exchanged for other services, packages, and/or products. Packages do not have an expiration date, but we highly recommend clients and patients to follow their cyclical treatment plan for better results and take the necessary supplements or use their recommended skincare products between treatments, if applicable. There are no refunds or exchanges on packages you have already started. Unused packages can be exchanged for other service packages or store credit.
Memberships
A membership agreement is set up for a year starting from the date of purchase. A credit card is required to set up a membership which is billed monthly with the reduced service rate. The client has a month to use his/her service credit in each billing cycle; if it is not used the credit is lost. If a membership is terminated before its expiration the member is billed for the difference on the discounted services for each past visit. Memberships cannot be exchanged, shared, or gifted to others. Membership accounts are handled by a third party biller who securely stores your credit card information.
Cancellation and No-Show Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. You will receive a 24-hour text and email reminder of your appointment and a 1-hour reminder on the day of your appointment. In case of a late notice or no-show we require a full payment to be able to compensate our service provider who reserved his/her time and our room for your service. Membership and clients with service packages who do not show up for an appointment will lose their credit for that service.
